My dad hooked me up with a new product they're trial running at work. It's called Izze. It's not soda (even though it sorta tastes like it)..but it's fruit juice and sparkling water. I've tried the Blackberry flavor and the Grapefruit one was consumed no less than 10 minutes ago alongside an outstanding oatmeal cookie. The blackberry flavor was outstanding and I would most definitely purchase a four pack of this flavor. The grapefruit...was ....grapefruity.
I can't believe I missed out on this earlier, but my friend/respected journalist Dan Sicko's paper was accepted by the Shrinking Cities project. Anyone who is interested in Detroit and its rich musical history would be well served in grabbing a cup of coffee (or a blackberry izze soda) and take a read. Cheers, Dan!
