New Yorkers will be protesting in near solidarity the arrival of the Republican Empire. Already the GOP is trying to blame the Dems for the level of protesting and have made no mistake that if any violent aggression occurs they will be held accountable.
Right. As if Independents, Libertarians, Green Party and Reform people are all swimmingly pleased with Bush's track record for the past four years.
I urge all my friends travelling in from the west coast (especially you Mr. Glazer), midwest and southern states for those other events mentioned to participate, but peacefully. Play fair, play nice and play safe. I don't want to see news footage of Mike Doyle getting a jet blast of fire hose water to the face or Jon Ozias getting the beatdown by some highly armored NYPD.
